At ELEGOO EU, we offer a 30-day return window for most products to ensure you are fully satisfied with your 3D printing and STEM electronics experience. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in new, resaleable condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team at service@elegoo.com within 30 days of delivery, providing your order number and a brief explanation for the return.

  Receive Authorization

  Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific European warehouse address for your shipment.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original boxes with all accessories included, clearly mark the RMA number on the outside, and ship the package using a trackable service.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our technical team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
